I just signed up for Onsite Ministry. What’s next?
After you sign up through our website you should receive a “Welcome to Onsite Ministry” email within about 30 minutes. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam folder since it may be hiding in there. If you never receive the “Welcome” email click here.

What if I don’t have a Facebook account?
Easy, just sign up for one! All you need to create a Facebook account is access to the internet and your phone number or email address. Click here for instructions on how to sign up for a new Facebook account.

Once I’m logged into my Facebook account, how do I find the Onsite Ministry group?
Click here to find our private Facebook group, then click the blue button that says “Join Group.” Once our Facebook administrator has granted you access to the group, you’ll receive an alert in your Facebook notifications.

How do I join the online video meetings?
Since we use Facebook to host our online video meetings, you’ll need your own Facebook account to be able to meet with us. (See number 02 above for more information on creating a new Facebook account.)

I’m technically challenged and have no idea what Facebook is. What do I do?
